Keith P. DiFabio
Keith P. DiFabio joined the law firm of Platt, DiGiorgio and DiFabio in 2016. Mr. DiFabio graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015. He was the Lenard Sigal Memorial Award recipient, which is awarded to those who demonstrate excellence in criminal studies. While in law school, Mr. DiFabio completed a two-year internship for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Thereafter he worked in the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office. This past employment provided valuable experience in analyzing criminal cases from the perspective of a prosecutor and a defense attorney.
Mr. DiFabio primarily focuses his practice on criminal law. He has written numerous briefs and memorandums resulting in the suppression of physical evidence obtained illegally, and the dismissal of criminal charges. Mr. DiFabio has participated as co-counsel in trials over the past several years, including cases where defendants have been charged with manslaughter, rape, and aggravated assault. Mr. DiFabio also handles various civil matters. He has successfully represented clients in defending and prosecuting protection from abuse orders. Mr. DiFabio is a court-appointed guardian ad-litem in Chester County, representing youth in juvenile dependency court. He also has experience as a parent’s attorney in juvenile dependency court.
